Abbie Cornish was born 1982. Cornish was best-known for her roles in films including Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). Cornish's first Screen Actors Guild Award was for her role in this film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin was the star of Adventureland (2009), and Ann McDonough appeared in The Mothman Prophecies 2002 as well as other films. Betty Gilpin chose to act as a result of her parents' support and were proud of her. When the time was right to attend college, she chose Fordham College where she learned to hone her craft. Gilpin began acting Off-Broadway while she was auditioning for roles in film and television. Gilpin was cast as the lead in NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent 2001-2011, and later small part of Ghost Town (2008), and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin stayed in TV as a guest star for the remainder of her time. In 2013, she was given her first break as she was cast as a regular in Nurse Jackie. Gilpin played the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes prior to Nurse Jackie's season ended June 2015. Gilpin starred in True Story (2015) the next year.
